Your Marilyn Ridge HOA Board is made up of Marilyn Ridge residents just like you. The only difference between your board members and you is that these individuals have decided to take their care level for our community to the next level. They do this by volunteering their time and energy to oversee the various behind-the-scenes needs our neighborhood has. These include issues of safety, grounds care and maintenance, neighborhood amenities, and covenant enforcement, just to name a few. Below is some basic biographical information on each of your board members to help you get to know them better.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, fishing, grilling and cooking, woodworking, camping and kayaking. Josh is an avid fisherman and has taken responsibility for the community's pond by stocking it with fish, creating habitat for the fish, advising on the pond care and maintenance, and is working toward planting an assortment of trees in the common area around the pond.
