Any Marilyn Ridge resident who may wish to make a significant change to the exterior of their home or their lot must acquire approval from the Association before implementing that change. Changes that require such approval include (but are not limited to) fencing, patios, satellite dishes, hot tubs, spas, pergolas, mailboxes and posts, exterior sculptures, fountains, flags ( and other similar decorative features), and play equipment. Temporary party tents and canopies also require advance approval from the ARC Committee. All proposed plans must be approved BEFORE they are to be implemented.

The ARC Committee is made up of Marilyn Ridge neighbors and it's primary purpose is to help ensure that any changes made in the community are done so in the best interests of the entire community. Safety, community beautifcation, property values, and a unified community appearance impact us all, so guidelines and restrictions have been employed by the Association to help us better acheive these goals. The ARC Committee evaluates each submission case by case and evaluates all proposals/requests according to the guidelines and coventants.
